Immediate Past President of the Rapid City Right to Life Chapter Diane Ange has been selected to received the SDRTL’s 2019 Humanitarian of the Year Award Recipient. This annual award is designated for a Pro-Life South Dakotan who has earned the right to be recognized on a state-level for their amazing dedication to and work in the Pro-Life trenches.
